  • Pork Chops with Dry Rub by isis1

    You can use this rub for lamb,pork,chicken,or steak.

    DRY RUB:
    1/4 c.salt
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp ground celery seeds
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp dried rosemary
    1/4 tsp ground sage
    1/4 tsp dried dillweed

    Combine all ingredients.Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.


    PORK CHOPS
    4 (2 inch thick) bone in pork chops
    2 tsp dry rub

    Sprinkle chops evenly with dry rub.Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest part registers 160 degrees.
