    Had this many years ago, and finally dug up the recipe! Enjoy!

    32 oz. jar sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
    1c thousand island dressing
    4-6 chicken breast, skinned, pounded lightly
    8 oz pkg sliced swiss cheese

    Lay chicken breast in flat casserole after being "Pam'd"
    Pour 1/2 dressing over chicken, spread. Top w/ kraut, add remaning dressing, top with cheese.
    bake 30 min @350. Can also serve on rye toast. MMMMMMMMM, Thanks and enjoy, Laura
