    3 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
    1/3 cup melted butter (to taste)
    4 oz. hot pepper jack cheese, shredded
    4 oz. gouda or swiss cheese, shredded
    1/4 t. Mrs.Dash
    1/4 t.Creole seasoning
    1/3 cup diced, cooked ham
    1/2 cup milk
    2 eggs

    Presh the hash browns in a 9 inch pie plate to form the crust.
    Drizzle the butter over the potatoes
    Bake crust at 425 ( for 25 minutes.
    Reduce the oven to 350.
    Mix together ham and the cheese, and place in the crust.
    Beat milk, eggs, and Creole seasoning, and pour over the ham and cheese,
    Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash.
    BAKE uncovered for 25-30 minutes until set. Allow to stand 15 minutes before serving.
