    SEAFOOD QUICHE

    2 9" frozen deep dish pie shells
    6 large eggs, beaten
    1/2 cup shredded monterjack cheese
    1 pound fresh lump crabmeat
    1/2 pound medium shrimp, cleaned
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    2 cups heavy whipping cream
    1 t. Creole seasoning
    Dash cayenne pepper

    Preheat oven to 350

    Pick bottoms of pie shells with a fork
    Bake the shells 10-12 minutes
    Meanwhile, combine eggs, cheeses, green onions, cream, and seasoning in a large bowl until well mixed.
    Fold in the shrimp and then the crabmeat.

    Divide evenly into each pie crust, and bake 50-60 minutes until center is set.
