Gary Solomon's Grilled Trout with Bacon
****************************************
4 trout, cleaned
1 tbls. flour
8 strips smoked bacon
2 tbls. olive oil
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt and black pepper to taste
Wash trout and pat dry with paper towel. Season with flour, salt and pepper and then wrap tightly with bacon strips. Brush with olive oil and barbecue over medium heat for approximately 15 minutes turning once. Drizzle with lemon juice and freshly chopped parsley.
