Baked Rice with Sausage

1 lb. sausage, bulk
4 celery ribs, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 cups water
1 envelope dry chicken noodle soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup rice, uncooked

Cook first four ingredients. In saucepan cook water, soups. Mix together, add rice. Place in greased 9x13 baking pan. Cover and bake at 350F for 40 minutes. Uncover for 15 minutes more. Add crumb topping if desired.
