Perfect Quiche
Blend and pour into a 9 or 10 inch pyrex pie plate
3 eggs
1/2 cup Bisquick
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
add:
1 can (1/2 cup more or less) crab or shrimp (I love the shrimp)
On top add shredded sharp cheese and green onions
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until pie is browned and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool briefly before serving.
