Scrambled Egg Casserole

Cheese sauce:

2 Tblsp. butter
2 cup milk
1/4 tsp pepper
2 1/2 Tblsp. flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup shredded cheese

add:

1 cup ham or sausage, cooked

Saute:
3 tblsp. melted butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 dozen eggs

4 oz. can mushrooms

Topping: 1/4 cup melted butter
2 1/4 cups soft bread crumbs

Cover and chill overnight. Uncover and bake 350F for 30 min. Serves 10
