Burger Bundles
1 pound lean ground beef or ground sirloin
1/4 cup evaporated milk
Prepared stuffing ( you can use boxed or your own)
1 or 2 cans Golden or Creamy Mushroom soup (I prefer golden)
Mix milk and burger and let rest for a few minutes in the refrigerator until meat is cold again. Form into balls (your preference of size). Flatten in palm of your hand and add a dollop of the stuffing in center and form meat patty around the stuffing to make a stuffed meatball. Place in a baking dish and pour soup over top. Bake 350 degrees for around an hour. Baste several times while baking. Let sit for 5 mintues before serving.
Serve over with with rice or mashed potatoes.
**NOTE: you can really adapt this recipe to your liking. I do not add salt or pepper due to the spices already in the boxed stuffing. I think someone had mentioned making this with tomato soup also.
