Gypsy's BBQ Chicken
6 skinless, boneless breasts
1 bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce
6 slices bacon
6 slices Swiss Cheese
Place chicken in slow cooker. Cover with barbecue sauce. Cover and cook on low 8 to 9 hours. Before serving, cut bacon strips in half. Cook bacon in microwave or on stovetop, keeping bacon flat. Place 2 strips cooked bacon over each piece of chicken in slow cooker. Top bacon and chicken with Swiss cheese slices. Cover slow cooker with lid. Heat on high until cheese melts. Cook's Comments: If pan juices become too thick during cooking, add a little water. Makes 6 Servings.
