This was so easy and delicious too!

French Fried Onion Chicken

4 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Egg Beaten
1 1/2 Cups of Crushed Durkee French Fried Onions
(I put them in a Gallon Bag and used my Rolling Pin)

Dip Chicken Breasts in Egg and coat with onions.
Bake at 400 Degrees for 25-30 minutes
