I take a box of some type of chicken helper. The kind that has dressing and gravy and some have a crumb topping. Instead of putting chicken in it I put a can of drained french style green beans in it and bake it. I don't even put butter in the dressing. I use it as a side dish. It is very good and figure friendly if you don't put butter in it.
