1 whole chicken -- cut-up
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup apple juice
1 4 ounce can mushrooms -- drained
Shake together first 5 ingredients in a plastic bag, coating chicken evenly. Put foil on a baking sheet, put on chicken, spray with Pam & brown in oven 500 degrees, brown on both sides.
Place chicken in a greased casserole dish, mix together soup, apple juice & mushrooms & pour over chicken covering each piece.
Cover casserole dish and bake 1-1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Slice one carrot into thin sticks about 2 -3 inches, lay over casserole and bake last 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
