This is one of my favorite recipes that I got from here.
Sesame chicken
Cooking oil
1 cup beer
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1" pieces
1 cup sesame seeds
2 ½ tsp. each seasoned salt and chopped parsley
1 tsp. each garlic powder and black pepper
½ cup peach preserves
2 tsp. soy sauce
Pour oil into large skillet to depth of 1" filling no more than 1/3 full. Heat over medium heat. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir together flour and next 5 ingredients. Stir in beer until blended completely. (Batter should be thick). Dip chicken pieces, a few at a time, into batter. Lift out individual pieces with tongs, gently shaking off excess batter. Carefully add to skillet. Fry, stirring 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
In small bowl, combine peach preserves and soy sauce. Place chicken on plate and serve with apricot sauce.
