    4 chicken breasts
    1 large head of cabbage, cut into 8 wedges
    10 or 12 baby carrots
    4 large baking potatoes, quartered
    1 or 2 cans of cut green beans, drained
    1 medium squash, peeled and quartered
    1 small onion, quartered
    2 tablespoons of light or regular margarine
    soy sauce
    1 package of dried onion soup mixture

    Cover large baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Place cabbage and potato wedges around edges of pan. Place chicken breasts in the middle of pan. Place all other vegetables on top. Sprinkle onion soup mix and soy sauce on meat and vegetables. Dot with margarine. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for approx 50 minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables are tender. Remove foil and bake for 5 more minutes to slightly brown ingredients. More soy sauce can be used when eating if desired.
    This can also be cooked on the grill. Double the foil and grill on low until vegetables and meat are done. Very figure friendly if you don't use much margarine.
