2 lbs. hamburger
1 C. celery -- chopped
1 med. onion -- chopped
1/4 C. soya sauce
3 C. cooked rice
2 cans. chicken noodle soup
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms -- (4 oz.)
Brown hamburger, celery & onion, drain. (make sure not to add any salt). Add soya sauce to meat mixture stir & set aside. Mix rice, chicken noodle soup, cream of mushroom soup & mushrooms together. Layer casserole, beginning and ending with meat mixture. Sprinkle rice mixture between layers. Bake 350 F for 30 to 40 minutes, until heated through.
