    Honey Baked Chicken

    2 1/4 t. salt
    1/2 t. garlic powder
    1/2 t. white pepper
    1/4 to 1/2 t. cayenne pepper

    Mix above & rub on chicken pieces (I use breasts). Put in fridge for the day or overnight.

    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup honey
    1 T. dry mustard
    black pepper to taste
    1 t. curry powder (hot)
    *crushed red pepper (spicy version) if desired

    Combine the above in a sauce pan, heat through.

    Oven at 350. Place chicken pieces in a greased baking dish. Pour sauce over the chicken, cover with foil, bake 30 minutes. Remove foil & bake another 30 minutes, basting at the 15 minute mark. The honey seals the chicken, so it is very moist. Serve with rice & rolls. Yummy!
