Ham With Tangy Glaze
1 ham
1/4-1/2 cup (approx)Red wine
Glaze
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon mustard (French's is good)
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained ( use more or less according to taste)
2 tablespoons pineapple juice, from crushed pineapple (more if needed)
pinch ground cloves
Score ham, place in baking dish. Pour wine 1/4-1/2 cup (approximately) over ham. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees following directions and time on ham. 30 minutes before ham has heated through remove and disgard foil, baste with glaze every 10 minutes.
Glaze instructions:
Glaze Mix glaze ingredients together in small bowl.
Use more or less crushed pineapple according to your taste. Added enough pineapple juice to get a good glaze consistency.
