    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    6 lasagna noodles
    1 pound ground beef
    1 15 1/2 ounce spaghetti sauce
    1 teaspoon fennel seeds -- optional
    8 ounces shredded motzerella cheese

    Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.

    Meanwhile, in a skillet, brown beef & drain fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce the fennel seed, simmer 5 minutes.

    Spread 1/4 C. meat sauce on each noodle, top with 1/2 Tbsp. cheese. Carefully roll up each noodle and place seam side down, in a 9x9" baking dish.

    Spoon remaining sauce over each roll and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

    Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
