Easy-To-Make Taco Macaroni Skillet
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. taco seasoning mix
2 c. water
6 oz. (1½ c.) uncooked elbow macaroni
10 oz. can diced tomates with green chilies
½ c. sour cream
4 oz. (1 c.) cheddar cheese, shredded
Cook ground beef over med-high heat, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned. Drain. Stir in seasoning mix. Add water, uncooked macaroni and tomatoes; mix well. Continue cooking until mixture comes to a full boil (4 minutes). Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook, stirring occasionally, until macaroni is tender (15 min.). Stir in sour cream; sprinkle with cheese. Cover; let stand 5 min. before serving. Serves 6
