    Teresa’s FAMOUS crockpot spaghetti sauce
    (okay…so it’s not famous YET! LOL But my family loves it!)

    1-1/4 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 lg. onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped fine (1-1/2 tsp)
    2 (12 oz) cans crushed tomatoes
    2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
    1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
    2 cups beef bouillon
    1 tsp salt
    ½ tsp pepper
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tsp basil
    1-1/2 tsp oregano leaves
    2 tbsp parsley
    ½ cup chopped green pepper
    ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    ½ - 1 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms (or you can use canned ones)

    Brown ground beef and sausage in skillet until brown, about 7 minutes. Add onions and garlic, cook about 5 minutes until limp. Transfer the meat mixture into a crockpot and stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, bouillon, salt and pepper, sugar, basil, oregano leaves, and green pepper. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. 30-45 minutes before serving, add mushrooms and parmesan cheese. Serve over hot spaghetti.
