Beef and Noodles Oriental
3 pkg. (3 ounces each) beef flavor ramen noodle soup
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 oz. snow peas , diagonally cut into 1-inch pieces (about 1 cup)
1 medium sweet red pepper , cut into strips (about 1 cup)
2 jars (12 ounces each) Campbell'sĀ® Franco-AmericanĀ® Slow Roast Beef
Gravy
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 1/2 cups cooked beef , cut into strips
Prepare ramen noodles according to package directions. (Reserve seasoning packets for another use.) Drain off most of liquid.
In medium skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add snow peas and pepper and cook until tender-crisp.
Add gravy, honey, soy, ginger, beef and noodles. Heat through, stirring occasionall
