    Spaghetti Supper

    1 lb. gr. beef
    1 lg. onion,chopped
    1 med. green pepper,chopped
    1 can (14oz ) diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 cup water
    2 TBS. chili powder
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn,thawed
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas, thawed
    1 (4oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    salt & pepper
    1 (12oz.) pkg spaghetti cooked,and drained
    2 cups (8oz.) shredded cheddar, divided

    Brown beef, onion, and green pepper. Add tomatoes,water and chili powder. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add corn, peas, mushrooms, salt & pepper. Stir in spaghetti.

    In a greased 4 in. deep dish, layer ½ of mixture,top with ½ the cheese, Repeat layers. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.

    Serves 12

    You can substitute egg noodles for the spaghetti.
