Carol's Meat Manicotti
1-2 pd hamburger or ground turkey
1-2 jar meat flavored spaghetti sauce
parmesaean cheese
1 box mancotti shells
shredded mozzerella cheese
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
In frying pan cook hamburger,onion with chili powder and garlic powder,drain.
Add spaghetti sauce to hamburger mixture and simmer until good and hot.
While sauce is simmering cook manicotti shells in salted water according to package directions.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
When manicotti shells are done drain, spoon mixture into shells using both ends if nessacarry. When shells are filled place in a baking dish side by side.
Pour rest of meat mixture on top of filled manicotti, top with enough shredded mozzerella cheese to cover, sprinkle with parmesean cheese.
Bake in preheated oven 25-30 mins.
Let stand 5 min before serving.
