    Ravioli with Alfredo Sauce and Artichokes

    Ingredients:
    1 Package or jar of Alfredo Sauce.
    1 Package Cheese Ravioli,
    1 T Olive oil.
    4 Cloves garlic, chopped.
    1 (6oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and sliced.
    2 C Bell pepper, in strips.
    2 T White wine or chicken broth.
    1 T Sun dried tomatoes in oil. (optional)
    1 Can Black olives, sliced.
    Grated parmesan
    Instructions
    Cook and drain ravioli according to package directions. Keep warm. Heat olive oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Add garlic. Cook for 2 minutes. Add artichokes, bell peppers and wine. Cook, stirring occasionally for 2 to 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and olives. Add pasta and sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired. Top with grated parmesan.
