Chicken Noodle Romanoff Casserole:
1 package Romanoff noodles
2 cups cooked diced chicken
2 cups chopped frozen broccoli (uncooked)
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (7 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 cup chopped ripe olives
1/2 (2 oz.s) jar of pimento, chopped
Cook noodles according to package directions. Mix all ingredients together. Add 1/2 cup milk if the mixture seems to dry. Put in a 9"x13" casserole and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
