Ham & Swiss Casserole

1 8 oz. pkg. noodles cooked & drained
2 cups ham
2 cups shredded swiss cheese
1 can cream chicken or celery soup
1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
onion

In a greased 9 x 13, layer 1/3 noodles, ham & cheese. In a small bowl, combine soup, sour cream and onion. Spread 1/2 of this mixture over top of noodles, ham & cheese. Repeat layers, ending with last 1/3 noodles, etc. Bake uncovered at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
