Favorite Lasagna Casserole
Makes: 6 servings
8 ounces uncooked dry no yolk or regular egg noodles
1 pound lean ground beef
1 can (15 ounces) Hunt's Family Favorites Seasoned Tomato Sauce for Lasagna
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup low fat or regular cottage cheese
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup shredded reduced fat or regular Cheddar cheese, (2 ounces)
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cook noodles according to directions on package, drain well.
Meanwhile, brown beef in skillet; add half the tomato sauce, cinnamon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon into shallow baking dish. Add border of noodles around dish; top noodles with cottage cheese. Sprinkle with onions and shredded cheese. Spoon remaining seasoned tomato sauce over top.
Bake 30 minutes, uncovered.
