Spaghetti & Shrimp (easy!)

Having this for dinner tonight!

1/2 pound uncooked thin spaghetti
6 T. unsalted butter
1 T. Seafood magic or Creole seasoning, or old Bay seasoning
1/4 cup scallions, finely chopped
2 cups heavy cream
1 pound shrimp, deveined & shelled

NOTE:
This makes 2 main dish or 4 side dish servings

Cook pasta to al dente stage. Drain and rinse under hot water to wash off the starch, then rinse with cold water and drain again. Set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the seafood magic and the scallions and saute for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Gradually add the cream while stirring the pan until the mixture comes to a gentle boil. Simmer over medium heat, continuing to stir until the sauce thickens, about 3 minutes.
Add the shrimp and bring back to the boil. Add the fresh cooked spaghetti. Toss and stir for about 2 minutes, or until heated through. DO not overcook the seafood. Serve immediately
