  • Salsa Mac 'n' Cheese by Jodi

    Prep time:10 mins
    Total time: 25 min
    Serves 4-6

    Ingredents:
    1lbs lean ground beef
    2 cups Your favorite Salsa
    1-3/4 cups water(I had to add 2 cups)
    2 cups Elbow Macaroni, uncooked
    1- 1/2 cups Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product(I used Velveeta)

    Preparation:

    Brown meat in large skillet, Drain

    Stir in salsa and water. Bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 8 to 10 mins or until macaroni is tender.

    Add Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product; stir until melted.
