Simple to make:
1/2 lb. uncooked , thin spaghettti
6 T. unsalted butter
1 T. Seafood magic
1/4 c. finely chopped scallions
2 c. heavy cream or 1/2 & 1/2
1 lb. shrimp, crawfish or crabmeat
Cook pasta to Al Dente stage, Drain & rinse with hot water to wash off starch, then with cold water & drain.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the seafood magic & scallions & saute for 1-2 minutes, stirring ocassionally. Gradually add the cream while either stirring or shakibng the pan in a back and forth motion ubtil the mixture comes to the boil. Simmer over meduim heat, continuing to shake the pan untilthe sauce thickens somewhat, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the seafood & bring to the boil again. Add fresh cooked spaghetti. Toss & stir for about 2 minutes or until spaghetti is heated through. DO NOT over cook the seafood.

You may add a bit of cayenne for more kick if you want
