One Pot Beef Pasta

1 lb. beef strips
1 Tbsp. oil
2 cans (10 fl oz / 284 mL each) Cream of Mushroom Soup
3 cups water
1 dash nutmeg
4 cups bite-size pasta
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup sugar snap peas
2 Tbsp. 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

COOK beef in large pot with a little oil for about 5 minutes. Stir in soup, water, nutmeg and pasta. Cover, bring to boil and simmer 20 minutes.
ADD mushrooms and peas, cook 5 minutes longer.
TOSS in 2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan and serve.
