from Quick Cooking
1 pkg. (12 oz)bowtie pasta
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 TBSP olive or veg. oil
1 pkg. (8oz) imitation crabmeat, flaked
1 pkg. (5 oz) frozen cooked salad shrimp, thawed
1 TBSP lemon juice
l/2 tsp pepper
1 jar (16 oz)Alfredo sauce
l/2 c. frozen peas, thawed
l/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute garlic in oil until tender. Stir in the crab, shrimp, lemon juice & pepper. Cook & stir for 1 minute. Add Alfredo sauce & peas. Cook & stir until heated through. Drain pasta; top with the seafood mixture & sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Yield 4-6 servings
