Fresh Pesto:
Makes about 1 1/2 cups sauce.
1 c.chopped fresh basil
1/2 c.freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c.pine nuts
1/2 c.chopped fresh parsley
1/2 c.olive oil
1 tsp.salt
1/2 tsp.pepper
8 cloves garlic
Place all ingredients in food processor,cover & process til smooth.
