CREAMY JELLO SALAD
1 pkg.(6oz.) or two(3oz.) pkgs. Jell-O any flavor
2cups boiling water
1 pkg. (8Oz.) cream cheese softened
1 can (14Oz.) sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk!)
1 carton (8Oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
In a bowl, dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually blend in the hot gelatin mixture, beating on low speed until smooth. Stir in the milk. Fold in whipped topping. Transfer to a 2-1/2 quart serving bowl. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
Orange is really good.
