RudyMag's Olive Salad

3 cups sliced olives *use the best
1 (7 ounce ) jar roasted red peppers, chopped
2 TBS drained capers
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley (I've used dried before)
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil (I'ved used dried before)
2 garlic cloves, sliced or minced
3 TBS red wine vinegar (I've used good balsamic before)
6 TBS olive oil (I use extra virgin)

Mix all together and store in a glass container.
