I have this one but have not tried it. Does it sound close?
Soy Sauce Salad Dressing
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/8 c. lemon juice
1/8 c. (or to taste) apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. dill
Fresh ground black pepper
Garlic powder, to taste
Mix all ingredients together and store in a shaker-type bottle because the olive oil will congeal when stored in the refrigerator. Shake before using. Goes well on salads--both lettuce and sprouts, especially with a sprinkling of grated Parmesan/Romano cheese. For a change, use on tuna instead of cream-type dressings.
