    Ceasar Salad Dressing

    1/3 cup oil
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    2 tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 cup parm
    dash white sugar
    dash worcestershire sauce

Put into glass jar, shake well. My family loves this dressing better than any other. Have tried all kinds of fancy-dancy recipes, but this one being nice and simple always comes out the best!

That is real close to the one I make. A family favorite around here, DD says it's so much better than the "dressings" she gets at school (college).

It also makes a great mix with the yolks for deviled eggs! Smile

    Caesar Salad Dressing

    1 T. garlic, crushed
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. mayo
    1 T. red wine vinegar
    1 T. lemon juice
    1/2 t. Dijon mustard
    1/4 t. pepper
    2 t. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. light olive oil
    4 T. sour cream

Blend well. Will keep up to 2 weeks in the fridge
