leftover chili
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 onion chopped
lettuce,shredded
shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream
olives (opitional)
French or Catalina Salad Dressing
Tostitos corn chips
In pan heat up leftover chili, when heated thouroghly, on plate place corn chips, top with lettuce,chopped tomatoes,onions,olives(if using),shredded cheese, and salad dressing, then and a dollop of sour cream if you wish.
Kids prefer this without the sour cream
