Pistachio Salad:
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
15 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup miniature marshmallows
9 oz. carton, whipped topping
1/2 cup nuts,if desired-I use them
Combine ingredients together and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
