Corn Salad
1 (12oz) can whole kernal yellow corn,drained
1 (12oz) can whole kernal white corn, drained
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Combine first 5 ingrediants, mix well and set aside.
Combine sugar,vinegar,and garlic powder, stir until sugar dissolves, pour over vegetables, tossing gently.
Cover lightly and refridgerate 8 hours to overnight
