This is SOOOOOOOOO good! But unless you are feeding a crowd, I recommend cutting the recipe in half because it makes a LOT!!
1 16 oz pkg elbow macaroni
4 medium carrots, shredded
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 medium red onion, chopped
2 cups mayonnaise
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup CIDER vinegar
1/2 tsp. pepper
Cook macaroni. Mix all other ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
(It WILL thicken up!!!)
