GRAPE SALAD

4 POUNDS SEEDLESS GRAPES
8 OUNCE PACKAGE CREAM CHEESE
1/2 CUP WHITE SUGAR
8 OUNCE CONTAINER SOUR CREAM
1/2 TEASPOON VANILLA
1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1/2 CUP PECANS (OR OMIT, IF DESIRED)

WASH AND DRY GRAPES THOROUGHLY.SOFTEN CREAM CHEESE IN MICROWAVE FOR ABOUT 30 SECONDS. USING MIXER, CREAM TOGETHER CREAM CHEESE AND WHITE SUGAR.
ADD SOUR CREAM AND MIX WELL. FOLD IN GRAPES. PLACE IN LARGE SERVING DISH (9X13 DISH WORKS WELL).MIX NUTS AND BROWN SUGAR TOGETHER. SPRINKLE OVER THE GRAPE MIXTURE. BEST IF CHILLED OVERNIGHT.
