BARBECUE CUBES (for summer barbecue salads)
Ingredients:
3 oz. package of lemon jell-O
3/4 cup boiling water
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 & 1/2 t. vinegar
1/2 t. salt
Dash pepper
1 T. Horseradish
Disolve jell-o in boiling water
Mix all other ingredients, and when jello is at room temperature, add and mix well.
Pour into an oiled 8" square pan.
Chill until firm
Cut into cubes and serve atop salad
Makes enough to garnish 6 small salads.
