    Rich Chicken Salad

    2 cups diced, cooked chicken breast
    1 & 1/2 cups diced celery
    1 t. salt
    1/8 t. celery seed (dash)
    2 T. chopped parsely
    1/2 t. fresh ground pepper
    1 cup mayonnaise
    2 T. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 cup HEAVY cream, whipped

    In a large bowl toss the chicken with the celery, parsley, salt & pepper.Add the mayo and the lemon juice and mix well. Gently fold in the whipped cream until it is well incorporated
    Refrigerate this salad for at least 4-5 hours before serving. Sprinkle the salad with the sliced almonds if you desire
