    BLT MACARONI SALAD


    2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
    5 green onions, finely chopped
    1 large tomato, diced
    1 cups diced celery
    1 cups mayonnaise
    5 tsps. white vinegar
    tsp. salt
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. Bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 cup cut up cooked chicken


    Cook macaroni according to pkg. directions; drain and rinse in cold water. In a large bowl, combine the macaroni, green onions, tomato and celery. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over macaroni mixture and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Just before serving, add bacon and chicken.

    What'ya know...... Here it is!

    This is terrific! I use less mayo & lowfat (always counting calories) and add chopped ice berg lettuce to it. YUM!

    Edit to add: Chicken? Really. I don't add that either.
