1 pan cornbread cooled & crumbled
12 sweet pickles chopped
2 cucunbers,peeld & chopped
2 tomatoes,chopped, do not peel
1 medium purple onion, chopped
1 medium green or red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup Miracle Whip
3 TBSP. sweet pickle juice
6 strips bacon,crisp & crumbled
salt & pepper to taste
Mix cornbread & vegetables together. In separate small bowl combine Miracle Whip, pickle juice,salt & pepper. Toss cornbread,veggies & dressing mixture together. Top with crumbled bacon immediately before serving. Refrigerate at least 1 day before serving.
