2 dish, easy cleanup meal........
Blend together:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 Cup of mayo........not salad dressing
1/2 Cup sour cream
blend till smooth then add:
1/2 Cup chopped hard boiled egg
1/2 Cup chopped onion
1/2 Cup chopped celery
1/2 Cup chopped red bell pepper
Add:
2 Cups chopped or shredded cooked chicken to all
Put into casserole dish or baking pan approx. 8 X8 or 9 X9
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes then remove from oven and cover the top with either crushed potato chips or the thin oriental noodles...and put back i the oven for another 10 minutes.
Serve with salad or veggies for a simple meal.
