    Baked Shrimp-Crab Salad

    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion , chopped
    1 cup finely chopped celery
1 6 oz can crabmeat, picked free of any shells
1 4 oz can of medium shrimp
3/4 cup mayo ( fat free or light, if you like, I would use the " real " thing)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup buttered cracker crumbs or breadcrumbs

In large bowl, combine the bell pepper, onion and celery. Add the crabmeat anad shrimp, thenthe mayo and seasonings. Spoon the mixture into a buttered casserole dish, cover with crumbs or crackers and bake at 350 until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
I have not made this dish, but I am very anxious to try it. I got this recipe of the TV Foodnetwork, Paula Deen's show.

    Fantastic Artichoke dip

8 oz cream cheese, I use light
    12 oz shredded mozarella
    1 cup mayo
1 cup grated parmesan cheese ( i usually grate the cheese myself, not the stuff in the green can, please)
    1 onion, finely chopped
2 cl of garlic, finely chopped
2 jars of Marinated artichokes ( I only use 1 jar, in my opinion that's enough )
    Pita bread or crackers

Drain artichokes very well and cut in small pieces or tear with your fingers.
Cut up pita bread into chip size pieces, seperate and put on cookie sheet and bake until crisp about 5 min.
combine all other ingredients and mix well.
Bake in a uncovered baking dish for about 30 min. at 350 until brown and bubbly.
Serve hot with pita bread chips or crackers or whatever you like ! Smile
Now, this dish I have made many times and it is a hit every time. So I hope some of you will make it. I have never had any leftovers.
I got this recipe of the old CK recipe board a long time ago and I believe it was posted by SJP.
