Caramel Apple Salad
1 sm. pkg butterscotch instand pudding
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 8 oz can crushed pineapple
1 cup dry-roasted peanuts
1 1/2 cup chopped apples, leave peels on
1 8 oz container cool whip
2 cups twix candy bar pieces
Combine the pudding, marshmallows, pineapple, and cool whip. Mix well. Add peanuts, apples, and candy bar, mix. Chill.
This was a hit--easy to make and so yummy. Great with the twix bars, not as hard and chewy like snicker bars in a snicker salad. I use Granny smith apples and they worked great.
